These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of zakcodex.com (the "Website"), operated by ZakCodeX LTD ("ZakCodeX", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17249888, with its registered office at Office 1235, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, United Kingdom, WV6 0SR. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. About the Website and Our Services

The Website provides information about our software development, web development, mobile application, artificial intelligence, UI/UX design, SEO, consulting and support services and allows prospective and existing customers to contact us. Website content is general information and is not a binding offer.

Any project, subscription or professional service will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, order form or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement takes priority for that service.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, accounts or connected systems;
• Introduce malware or use the Website to transmit unlawful, harmful, misleading or infringing material;

Information you submit should be accurate and must not include confidential, unlawful or third-party material that you are not authorised to share. An enquiry, consultation, estimate or proposal does not create a contract unless we and the customer enter into a written agreement.

Indicative timelines, prices, outcomes and technical approaches shown on the Website or discussed before contract are estimates only. Final scope, deliverables, dependencies, fees, payment terms, acceptance criteria, intellectual-property rights, warranties and support arrangements will be set out in the applicable written agreement.

4. SMS Communications

If you separately opt in, ZakCodeX LTD may send SMS messages about your enquiry, consultation or appointment scheduling, project or service updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

7. Website Availability and Disclaimers

10. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, security is at risk, or restriction is necessary to protect us, our users or a third party.
